As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. Planning and scheduling according to production needs, you'll use in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.
 

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Driving data-driven decision-making through data acquisition and control systems (LabVIEW, PLCs, etc.).
  • Implementing and scaling automation solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety, AMR’s, Amazon Boxes, Coin Dispensers and Production Systems
  • Developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Python, Visual Basic, SAP scripting, and related tools.
  • Creating insightful data visualizations and queries with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and similar platforms.
  • Acting as a liaison between Manufacturing, AMO, DT, Engineering, and internal customers, translating technical issues into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experimenting with and deploying next-generation technologies such as additive manufacturing, laser hard facing, robotics, automated data input, and induction heating.
  • Challenging the status quo and drive continuous improvement, Champion digital innovation across processes and systems.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Science Degree from university/college with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Have experience in Engineering role, supporting to Supply Chain Management team
  • Have familiar with Tableau, Power BI & Python
  • Have worked on projects and outputs, systems in past
  • Have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have demonstrated analytical and organizational capabilities.
