This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Responsible for supporting, administering, or interpreting labor agreements that align with corporate objectives and legal regulations.
 

What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Negotiation and Collective Bargaining: Conducting negotiations between the organization and labor unions and drafting collective bargaining agreements. This includes preparing bargaining strategies and discussing terms regarding wages, working conditions, benefits, and other employment terms that are fair and sustainable for both parties.
  • Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensuring that all labor practices and policies are in compliance with applicable laws. This includes understanding and applying country, federal, state and local regulations accurately.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigating and representing the company in grievances and arbitrations, mediating conflicts between employees, union representatives and/or management, and finding solutions that align to collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
  • Advisory Role: Providing strategic advice to management on labor relations matters, including strategies for preventing labor disputes, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and navigating changes in labor laws.
  • Other Duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to Policy Development & Implementation, Pre-Bargaining Research & Briefings, Development & Distribution of Bargaining Documents, Economic & Cost Impact Analysis, Government Agency Interactions, and/or Monitoring Labor Trends & Union Activities.


What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Labor Relations, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
