Lead - IT Integrator

We are looking for a Lead IT Integrator with a strong focus on infrastructure and a proven ability to deliver successful project outcomes. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving impactful change across the organization.

The team
Our team enables strategic decision-making by developing business cases, roadmaps, and supports the governance frameworks that maximize the value of IT investments. We manage the portfolio with full transparency, helping decision-makers prioritize demand based on strategic objectives, risks, dependencies, and constraints. Together, we ensure that every initiative contributes to long-term success.

Roles and responsibilities
You are a Lead IT integrator with leadership skills, have experience in the infrastructure domain as well as in large scale international programs. You have experience in starting up new infrastructure programs with many internal and external stakeholders. You are structured, well organized and you are able to communicate on C-level.

Your responsibilities amongst others are:

  • Have the end-to-end view on integration and realization of the most complex roadmaps, aligning the planning to the company’s objectives and contributing to strategic planning meetings.  

  • Ensure efficient, effective and timely feature delivery across organisational entities, and between teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, consumers, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Create integrated roadmaps and manage their dependencies, conduct regular reviews and adjust plans as needed.

  • Measure outcomes against strategic goals, identify and remove obstacles, improving timely delivery and expected results.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in a Lead integrator or change lead role within infrastructure, ideally in an international setting.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills; able to inspire teams.

  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and passionate about continuous improvement.

  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
