10+ years of experience in business analysis and/or solution architecture, driving technology-enabled transformation across complex environments
Strong domain knowledge in the derivatives and commodity trading industry covering the end-to-end trade lifecycle, with an expertise focussing on derivative trading.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale applications while collaborating seamlessly with globally distributed teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively and confidently with both business and IT leaders
Ability to plan and execute work independently with a pro-active approach
Comfortable working in a matrix management structure thriving in flat hierarchies
Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture Leadership
Translate complex business objectives into executable architectural visions for commodity derivatives systems
Drive strategic architectural decisions including buy vs. build recommendations for derivatives management solutions
Application Architecture & Design
Design and maintain functional application architecture and data models across all commodity trading divisions (Metals, Energy, Power, Gas)
Define current, interim, and target state architectures for derivatives landscape mixing in-house and Murex systems
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with senior business stakeholders to align IT solutions with trading objectives
Support delivery teams throughout SDLC, ensuring architectural compliance and business value delivery
Collaborate with technical leads to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical architecture
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to streamline application landscape and eliminate functional duplication
Drive IT process improvements and industry best practices adoption
Foster collaborative culture across global, distributed teams
Business Enablement
