ClickUp is seeking a senior Integration Services Consultant to lead and transform our data migration practice within the Professional Services team. As we accelerate our growth and target larger enterprise customers, seamless migrations from legacy and competitor systems are critical to our customers’ success—and to ClickUp’s mission to make the world more productive.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering complex data migrations, shaping our migration strategy, and driving continuous improvement in how we scope, plan, and execute migrations. You’ll partner closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure every migration is a success—delivering value, reducing risk, and elevating the customer experience. If you’re a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of code, consulting, and customer impact, we want to meet you!

The Role:

* Lead and deliver end-to-end data migrations from external systems to ClickUp for enterprise and strategic customers
* Own and improve our migration scoping process—partnering with sales and customers to define requirements, estimate effort, and build migration plans
* Become an expert on the ClickUp API and platform features, and leverage this expertise to solve complex migration challenges
* Identify and implement best practices to speed up and de-risk migrations, drawing from your past experience and industry knowledge
* Share responsibility for pre-sales migration scoping and then deliver those migrations as the assigned consultant
* Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement
* Report on progress, risks, and wins to the team and stakeholders

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in backend web development, delivering API-based integration solutions, and/or complex data migrations, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
* Strong development skills (Node.js, JavaScript) and hands-on experience with backend web development and using iPaaS solutions (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) to build integrations
* Proven ability to work directly with customers—scoping requirements, estimating build efforts, building migration plans, and communicating clearly throughout the project
* Experience leading or influencing process improvements in migration or integration practices
* Project management skills: able to manage multiple projects, hit deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed
* Organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about customer success
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Based in the United States (role requires in-region expertise and customer-facing presence)

If you’re ready to shape the future of data migrations at ClickUp and make a direct impact on customer onboarding and success, we’d love to hear from you!
