The Role
Technical Leadership and Support
Provide technical guidance and escalation support to L1 and L2 teams for complex and critical issues.
Ensure high system availability and reliability across the Windows and AD infrastructure.
Suggest, design, and implement automation solutions for repetitive operational tasks.
Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and execution plans.
Windows and Active Directory Administration
Maintain and reconfigure Active Directory Services, ensuring optimal design and performance.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and recurring issues.
Conduct alert analysis and trend monitoring to identify and eliminate repeat incidents.
Perform performance tuning in collaboration with OEMs and based on best practices.
Maintain and update Availability and Capacity Management records.
Disaster Recovery and Documentation
Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, ensuring readiness and recovery as per defined procedures.
Prepare, maintain, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KBase) articles.
Maintain and update Infrastructure “As-Is” and technical documentation.
Azure and SSO Integrations
Troubleshoot SSO issues, including ADFS and Azure SSO integrations.
Manage and support Azure application integrations in hybrid environments.
Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory Management.
Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and AD Replication.
Expertise in ADFS, Azure AD, and SSO integration troubleshooting.
Experience with Performance tuning, Capacity planning, and Availability management.
Proven experience in DR drills, documentation, and RCA preparation.
Knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, scripting, or orchestration platforms).
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and CSI).
