What You’ll Do
As the HVAC Lead Technician, you’ll perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and MEP systems supporting logistics operations. You’ll be a technical resource for the team — no direct reports, but relied on for complex issues and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems: roof top units, pumps, fans, and controls
- Lead troubleshooting efforts across site-wide systems
- Support technicians with complex tasks and system knowledge
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, compliant work
- Document work using BAS and CMMS systems
- Participate in client meetings and on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
What You Bring
- HVAC trade school certification
- EPA/CFC certification (required)
- 5+ years of HVAC experience, ideally in critical or regulated environments
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and control sequences
- Basic computing skills; valid driver’s license

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $36.55 - $43.00
