Lead Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations - IS Latin America

• Managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Advise Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handle communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
• Lead as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
• Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
• Have a good command of English and Portuguese to communicate in.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
