The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

Working within the Digital Operations team, your mission will be to improve the Digital Guest Experience across the entire guest journey from pre-purchase to post purchase and across all fulfillment channels.​ Our team leverages qualitative and quantitative data and insights to influence and collaborate with enterprise partners, problem solve against the Digital guest friction moments, and advance work that will increase guest joy. 


As a Digital Operations Lead, you will:  

  • Identify guest friction through survey data (Medallia) and guest signals with our CX Solution (Fullstory) in support of digital experience teams. Key responsibilities will include enablement of Fullstory for deeper analysis, identification & business case development associated with remedying identified points of friction, and representing broader experience team priorities in CX Center of Excellence.  

  • Manage high visibility enterprise-level initiatives from conceptualization to implementation – develop project plans, rollout schedules for key initiatives, assign tasks, track progress, and update leadershipSome examples include the management and evolution of our Guest Purchasability suite of metrics and the development and rollout of Pre Orders for Order Pickup. 

  • Influence peers, partner teams, and leaders with compelling storytelling, often speaking to large groups of stakeholders with leaders of varying levels. 

  • Collaborate within and across pyramids (Product, Tech, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Pricing & Promotions, Merchant and Product/UX teams) to highlight the impact of guest friction, align on priorities, and co-create solutions that evolve the guest experience, drive sales profitably, minimize defects, and resolve process issues. 

 

A strong background in data analytics as well as the ability to story-tell to senior leaders will be critical. In this role you will continue to develop an expertise in the data and reporting, giving you the ability to lean into any problem statement to help ideate root cause and potential solutions.

  • 5-7 years of experience within Digital 
  • Experience partnering with Data Science, Product, and Tech 
  • Experience with Guest Purchasability 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills 
  • Passion to lean into AI 
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and presence 
  • Self-starter, even in the most ambiguous of projects 
  • Ability to make complex ideas simple to understand.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that anticipate and are tailored to audiences across all levels of the organization.  
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics 
  • Experience with Fullstory (prior experience) 

 

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
