As a Lead Test Automation & CI/CD Engineer within Arctic Wolf, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless delivery of our Endpoint software across diverse platforms and environments. You will blend SDET expertise with DevOps/SRE practices to automate testing, orchestrate deployments, and maintain production systems - from planning and coordination to deployment and support - ensuring every release is robust and minimally disruptive. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to guarantee release readiness and high-quality delivery with a heavy focus on automation, reliability, and quality assurance.

About the Role
You'll be working as a Staff Engineer on our Endpoint Security - Production Engineering team, responsible for ensuring quality through automation, executing deployments, and maintaining the reliability of Arctic Wolf's endpoint software across multiple platforms and cloud environments.

Your SDET background combined with DevOps/SRE experience enables you to bridge testing, deployment, and operations seamlessly. Your analytical skills enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently across diverse platforms and cloud environments, while your collaborative mindset ensures effective communication within your team and across cross-functional teams. You are committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies while maintaining high standards of quality, security, documentation, and process improvement in all projects you undertake.
