About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst within our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, investment banking, equity and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.
Data Management: Covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation.
This role supports the execution and governance of CIB’s Data Management Program, with a focus on partnering with Controllers, Risk, and related business units. The CIB Data Management team provides expertise in data strategy, supports the development of streamlined data environments, and delivers data advisory and management services to internal business partners. The team is engaged in business-sponsored transformation initiatives and regulatory efforts, with a strong emphasis on risk and control.
The Lead Data Management Analyst will collaborate with CIB business units, Controllers, Risk, Finance, and Operations to identify, articulate, and deliver data solutions that enable business initiatives and mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the CIB business, data domains, and a strong background in Controllers and/or Risk functions. Familiarity with Data Management Policy requirements is expected.
