Working in HR Planning and Delivery, you will be a key strategic partner for HR and business leadership. Whether developing a strategy or creating tools, resources or routines to bring those strategies to life, you will be a knowledgeable and committed resource. You’ll make a positive impact on how team members experience organizational change, and you’ll use information and work closely with leaders to help teams achieve their specific business goals. As the Lead Business Partner, HR Planning and Delivery Work Force Management & Target Enterprise Services, you’ll deliver the Target Enterprise Services HR strategic priorities that impact our total Target Enterprise Services team. Your work is highly complex and you are the voice of TES and advocate in delivering on core HR process, routines and tools that support staffing, talent planning, scheduling, training, pay and rewards, culture and HR reporting and systems. You identify opportunities, address gaps and implement tactics that will deliver desired results. You assess interdependencies and collision points and recommend sequencing of work to accelerate progress. You serve as an influential partner—acting as a consultant and implementer to drive impact for the organization.

About You:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience leading high scope projects and working with cross-functional teams
Prior HR experience and working knowledge of the HR ecosystem is preferred; prior TES experience and working knowledge of the business is required
Ability to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
Ability to build a strong network within Target and leverage resources and relationships to get things done
Ability to navigate through complex problems, analyze processes, synthesize data and results and drive toward solution
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Competent in project management; has the ability to manage many priorities and tight deadlines
