Role Overview

As a L&D Sr. Operations Lead, you champion operational excellence and deliver a seamless, high-impact learning experience for employees, L&D Partners, and Product Owners across the globe. You oversee all aspects from training program operations through delivery and evaluation, driving measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and learner satisfaction.

You govern and collaborate with our offshore shared services teams to optimize transactional processes and maximize service quality for global training programs. As the key point of escalation for L&D Partners and Product Owners, you resolve issues promptly and proactively identify process improvements.

Your focus extends beyond daily operations to shaping strategy and implementing automation, ensuring our learning journey is fast, compliant, and future-ready. You play a central role in enabling JLL to deliver exceptional learning experiences with speed and professionalism, ultimately strengthening our culture and business performance.

What this job involves

  • Drive operational excellence and stakeholder experience from program design to learning delivery and evaluation

  • Govern, guide, and partner with offshore shared services teams to deliver high-quality learning support and continuous improvement

  • Act as the point of escalation for L&D Partners and Product Owners regarding operational learning matters

  • Lead the adoption, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated solutions for Learning Management Systems and training processes

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process automation and improvement to accelerate learning program capacity and quality

  • Consult with internal teams to identify learning challenges and opportunities; work with global teams to adopt or adapt enterprise learning solutions

  • Oversee global projects around learning automation and innovation, and lead change management for process updates and system rollouts

  • Drive measurement, reporting, and communication of learning program operational KPIs

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in learning operations.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage complex and simultaneous projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Deep knowledge of the learning lifecycle, especially program delivery and learner experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, drive, and implement operational improvements and automation.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and escalation resolution.

  • Analytical, process-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional and offshore/shared service teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, drive, and implement operational improvements and automation.
