Position Summary:

“Launch” is our new pathway for graduates stepping directly into permanent roles. The program is designed for ambitious graduates (Bachelors, Masters or PhD level) who are ready to make an impact from day one, supported with on the job learning and career progression opportunities.

Our work needs to be agile, collaborative, and creative to meet the complex business challenges brought about by a rapidly changing technology landscape. All across our business, project management teams provide the support, skillsets, and relationships to meet short- & long-term goals across a variety of disciplines (e.g., engineering, services, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take on projects that will develop your business acumen, understanding of project management, and experience in key project management competencies
  • Gain exposure to different business areas, products, global teams, leadership styles, and a range of project management techniques
  • Lead projects applying your skills & experiences in a more complex, challenging situation.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Ability to relate to a wide variety of people and positions
  • Ability to navigate between driving actions and managing people dynamics
  • Understanding of how to leverage influence and consultation into action
  • Demonstration of using process definition to resolve a problem
  • Ability to digest complex concepts and problems quickly
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Demonstrate a mindset for continuous improvement                                   
  • Demonstrate knowledge of how to use quantitative analysis to solve a problem (e.g., research, lab, or consulting experience)
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to a variety of audiences (e.g., technical experts, leadership, and customers)
  • Strong skills in using digital business tools (ex. Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Google Workspace)
  • Demonstrated achievement inside and/or outside the classroom
  • Prior project management internship/co-op
  • Prior understanding of project management/planning techniques and approaches

Relevant majors:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial and/or Systems Engineering, Business Studies/Management, Economics and/or any analytical subject or background

Minimum GPA: 3.0

Work authorization eligibility: To be considered for this role, you must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance.
