Overview of Role
To support the lateral recruitment team through the coordination of various recruitment related activities. This includes taking responsibility for managing aspects of the interview process, with a focus on interview scheduling and process management.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, to ensure the successful running of interview processes across the group. Stakeholders include hiring managers, HR and recruitment professionals, recruitment agencies and executive search firms.
To work across all Rothschild & Co divisions and geographies which the lateral recruitment team supports.
Responsibilities
Organising all interviews - liaising with candidates, confirming interview panels, booking rooms and catering, scheduling interviews, requesting, and tracking interview feedback
Set up and arrange all candidate testing both via VC and face to face
Logging and tracking applications via the online recruitment system and other associated spreadsheets
Onboarding and coordinating contractors and temporary workers - organising and monitoring reference checks, coordinating Workday with the hiring managers and Contingent Workforce Manager
Liaising with recruitment agencies and search firms, the lateral recruitment team, HR professionals and internal clients across all divisions
Invoicing – processing and approving all invoices for team
Managing the recruitment inbox / recruitment diary
Collating interview feedback from the business & inputting into Workday as necessary
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
Self-motivated, committed, highly productive, with a flexible approach and ability to work within a team
