Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Lead purchasing and supplier quality teams to secure reliable material supply and maintain cost competitiveness.
Establish and execute sourcing strategies including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Oversee supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness; initiate improvement plans as needed.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely launch of new parts and projects.
Manage supplier audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
Lead cost reduction and localization initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Resolve supplier quality issues in coordination with SQE and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Coach and develop team members to strengthen functional capability and business understanding.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in purchasing or supplier quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven experience in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong understanding of IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; fluent in English for supplier communication.

Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)Why join us?
