Knowledge Management Analyst

Develop and lead engaging training sessions and onboarding programs, ensuring learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Coordinate with business partners to create training content (presentations, videos, and other materials) and logistics. Support other Knowledge Management (KM) tasks such as content review, feedback processing, and ASK material updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Facilitation & Management
    Plan and deliver virtual/in-person field training sessions; coordinate with SMEs; develop materials.

  • Content Development & Updates
    Create and maintain ASK and Advisor Compass content; gather field feedback; update policies and procedures.

  • Project & Relationship Support
    Support field-facing initiatives through content analysis; consult with business leaders to align solutions with needs.

  • Influence & Change Management
    Build consensus across teams; stay aligned with Risk Operations change controls.

  • Flexibility
    Adapt to evolving priorities and perform other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent

  • 1 to 3+ years relevant experience

  • Demonstration of strong plain language written communication skills and an understanding of process improvement and content design best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to effectively gather information and communicate recommendations to different levels of the organization.

  • Strong ability organizing and synthesizing information from multiple sources into effective content that is easily consumed.

  • Ability to develop working relationships across the enterprise and influence improvements and efficiencies to work processes.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing creative solutions.

  • **May require FINRA registration depending on group supported.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with virtual facilitation tools

  • Background in coaching, writing, project management, or process improvement

Base Pay Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $ 57,100 - $77,100. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
