Contract: Full time, Fixed term contract for 3 months

The role:

The Knowledge Assistant will be responsible for creating client-facing deliverables and will perform a critical role in supporting the operations teams globally. This role will include a range of responsibilities and is pivotal in ensuring that Nomadic operates efficiently and clients are provided with clear, up to date and accurate information.

What your day will look like:

  • Researching tasks as delegated by Manager / Senior Consultant/ Supervisor 
  • Conducting research to identify updated visa services and fees
  • Creating Order Packs for new visas
  • Updating existing Order Packs to account for changes in process and requirements
  • Updating visa services, application packs, and fees directly in the CRM
  • Ensuring that Order Packs are consistent in style, format and verbiage
  • Working with others to streamline visa services in the CRM
  • Work closely with other areas across the business to support ongoing improvements
  • Maintain deep content knowledge on all aspects of Nomadic’s business process to complete orders, systems capabilities and company policy and procedure
  • To undertake all other reasonable duties / additional projects as requested by the Manager / Senior Consultant/ Supervisor

  • Be able to research effectively on your own to find answers to more complex or unique cases
  • Ability to follow the instructions of senior members of staff
  • Develop strong working relationships with team members and gain their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications
  • Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations and agreed client service standards
  • Proven ability to generate clear, well-organized written work and able to effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner
  • Strong listening skills
  • Accurate work style; focus on details

Preferred skills:

  • Any second languages would be beneficial

What to expect:

  • Once you have submitted your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your skills and experience. If these match the requirements of the position, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an initial phone call.
  • If shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in our interview process, which will consist of at least two stages, one of which will be conducted in-person. Depending on the role, you may also be required to complete a written assessment.
