KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Objectives
Engagement and Development of industrial / commercial / integrator accounts by formulating key accounts strategies aligned with Sales, Technical and Marketing thrusts of the business.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Engagement and Development of Key Accounts
Develops and implements strategic business plan for emerging accounts – Key farms, and integrators –aligned with company directions and priorities
Establish solid relationships with key customers and partners.
Organize, prepare and execute comprehensive business plan, aligned on strategic levers and consistent with market demands and long-term profitability and growth;
Regular and ongoing visits with all the most important stakeholders and leveraging the current day to day activities.
Ensuring achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory.
Manage allocated budget.
2. Key Accounts Business Development
Identify key opportunities to pursue in the emerging key accounts by understanding underlying issues/challenges and align how best company AH can satisfy this business need.
Deliver offering to key accounts and distinguish offering from competition.
3. Coordination/ Collaboration with Technical Marketing and Regulatory.
Provides inputs to the formulation of plans, strategies and tactics to meet market share/evolution index targets in targeted key accounts.
Coordinates the development and effective implementation of sales promotions/marketing programs in targeted key accounts to achieve desired market share.
Evaluates effectiveness of marketing plans for emerging key accounts and provide suggestion/guidance on how best to improve.
Providing clear direction on expected product availability from key customers
Suggest and feed into cross functional team activities to leverage area plan of action, ongoing projects & customer needs
Informing internal partners on area business needs, sharing information on ongoing projects
· Assists in the conduct of back ground investigation on prospective dealers and customers within the area of responsibility.
· Prepares and submits reports
· Acts as custodian / accountable officer of working fund as well as company property.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification:
Graduate of a 4-year College Course
Graduate of veterinary science / animal science (desired)
Training and Certification
· Key Account Management
· Negotiation Skills
Licensed Veterinarian (desired)
Experience
· At least 2 years' experience in handling commercial and key accounts.
· Managerial competence
· Leadership capabilities
· Excellent track record
