Job Description

At Rockwell Automation we are seeking a Key Account Manager with a strong background in technical industrial solutions to support and develop our customers' production lines across the Scandinavian market.

In this role, you will drive strategic growth initiatives and lead the ongoing development of a portfolio of key accounts in Denmark.

In your daily work, you will help your customers to develop their production by finding solutions to their challenges. A key part of the role is to continuously build strong relationships with existing customers and initiate dialogue with new potential partners. When doing so, you will contribute to and continue to build a solid relationship at all levels from C-level to implementers why we are seeking someone with good communication and sales skills.

You will collaborate with a broad team of technicians, product specialists, Information System specialists Service solution, Customer Success and partners you will participate in the entire process from idea development and negotiation to delivery.

Your responsibilities:

  • Focus on selling the Connected Enterprise, Rockwell Automation's portfolio of solutions covering all parts of automation from Smart machines and ready-to-use process solutions to safe network infrastructure to information solutions.
  • Gain specialist knowledge within your area and take active part of our EMEA affinity team.
  • Handle a portfolio of existing customers including many which are part of our Global Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
  • Seek new customers, and keep yourself updated within the industry

The essentials - you will have:

  • Experience selling automation solutions and technically advanced industrial products to the industry
  • 8+ years of related experience within Industrial automation products
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent knowledge about production processes within food/beverage and pharma industries
  • Have experience in sales of high-level industrial software solutions (IoT, MES, Analytics to edge and cloud)
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken

The preferred – You might also have:

  • Experience leading the Customer Service Value Chain throughout the complete Sales Cycle
  • Strategic and financial insights - to forecast and suggest new solutions
  • Experience establishing new accounts and engage with potential prospects
  • Experience building relationships and conducting business with key decision-makers such as Site Managers, EHS Managers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers
