As a KAM Wholesaler/Distributor within our Trade & Revenue Management team, you'll be the key liaison between Sanofi Ukraine and our distributor network, managing strategic wholesale and distributor accounts for our Pharma and Vaccines business units. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities

• Drive distributor order management excellence, ensuring optimal size, regularity, and alignment with sales-out and tender requirements
• Lead the due diligence process for new and existing commercial partners, managing documentation and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributor contract managers to ensure high service levels
• Coordinate new product launches and price changes, providing comprehensive documentation and communication support
• Manage key operational tools and reports, including stock assumptions and SAP data reconciliation
• Track and control service agreements, ensuring timely processing of acceptance acts and payments
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Quality departments

About you

• University degree with 2+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or commercial operations
• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical distribution market
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Adaptable, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
