Responsibilities
The Junior Technical Account Manager collaborates in building, maintaining and improving relationship with key Client stakeholders, including but not limited to:
- understand Clients’ goals, challenges, preferences and ensure C&W services are tailored to them,
- ensure that the delivery teams get involved at the right time, proactively support Client needs and generating down the line project business,
- collaborate with various C&W internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive business growth,
- address issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
In this position the employee collaborates in the management, control and optimization of multiple projects across Client’s project portfolio including but not limited to:
- oversee the activities of key stakeholders and ensure that Governance structure and processes are implemented with responsive tools and deliverables (governance reviews, best practices, digitalized outputs e.g. Ingenious, Engage),
- onboard & continuously train in-country PDS teams to be aligned with Client’s expectations, financial targets, project KPIs,
- monitor C&W performance, identify areas for improvement and good practice to be shared across the regional platform,
- manage the communication of emerging delivery issues in collaboration with the local project delivery team, providing a transparent, logical and solid response that balance the interests of each party.
The Junior Technical Account Manager will collaborate with the Sales Team and contribute to the discussions / negotiations / renewals of Master Service Agreements with existing or new multi-national Clients to win TAM appointments as qualified sponsor of the proposed delivery model.
Skills and Qualifications
The Junior Technical Account Manager need to have a technical background with the ability to support the business. He/She will need to also understand the basics of C&W PDS discipline and services provides and support business opportunities to PDS in-country Teams which requires the following:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Engineering management,
- 0-3 years of experience from a technical field,
- Excellent oral, and written communication skills in English,
- Strong interest in program management and willingness to learn,
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines,
- Result-oriented logical thinking and problem-solving ability,
- Appreciative of diversity, polite and effective in a multi-cultural, multi-national organization,
- Experience in engineering / architectural / construction projects is an advantage,
- Experience in client/account management and business development is an advantage,
- Experience working with variable stakeholders in an international environment is an advantage,
- Understand real estate project services and the complexity of international business is an advantage.
