We’re looking for a Junior Pricing Manager to join us at Telia.
 

I’m Indrė Lingienė, Head of Connectivity, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on shaping telco service strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth. With over 700k B2C customers, we operate in mobile connectivity, broadband and value-added services—guided by market trends, competition insights, and strong business cases.
 

What you’ll do:

as a Junior Pricing Manager, you’ll contribute to pricing strategy and execution to support commercial success across our managed services.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
  • Develop business cases and conduct deep-dive analyses to support pricing initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support in rolling out commercial activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and analytics teams to track campaign and initiative effectiveness.

What will help you thrive in this role:

success in this role requires a strong business mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • A degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, commercial, marketing, or management consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to build and evaluate business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Lithuanian and English required.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2200 – 3000 Eur (gross) + annual performance. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
