Junior Physical Security Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Physical Security Jr. Specialist to join Fever’s Global Physical Security team. You will report to the Physical Security Manager and play a key role in ensuring that all security measures and requirements are effectively implemented across our events and corporate premises. What You’ll Do:

As part of the Global Physical Security team, you will work closely with colleagues and partners who will both support you and rely on your contribution. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of physical security functions across both corporate environments and large-scale projects, such as:

• Assist in the daily management and monitoring of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
  
  
• Support the coordination of security providers and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with Fever standards.
  
  
• Help conduct on-site inspections and assist in basic risk assessments under the supervision of the Physical Security Manager.
  
  
• Maintain and update records related to access credentials, incident reports, and system performance.
  
  
• Analyze global security guard service providers and local private security regulations and legislation where Fever operates and have in the expansion pipeline.
  
  
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
  
  
• Assist in reviewing and tracking maintenance schedules and service-level agreements for security systems.
  
  
• Contribute to physical security awareness initiatives for employees and contractors.
  
  
• Support incident escalation and follow-up processes according to Fever’s global security protocols.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, intelligence or risk management. 
• Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish). 
• Have an analytical mindset with excellent research skills, and previous knowledge of security incident management;
• Bring emotional intelligence to work and the ability to communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, specially during sensitive situations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly in an international environment such as dealing with different regions such as the Americas, APAC, etc.
• Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you;

This role is located at Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
