A little bit about our team
We’re looking for a proactive, culturally aware Junior Marketing Manager to join the Atlantic UK team and help drive creative, strategic, and data-informed marketing for our shallow catalogue artists. This role sits within Atlantic’s dedicated Shallow Catalogue team and works closely with both frontline and global partners to re-energise catalogue moments and unlock new opportunities for audience growth.
Your role
The Junior Marketing Manager (Shallow Catalogue) plays a key role in re-energising Atlantic’s catalogue for new audiences. Working closely with the Head of Shallow Catalogue and frontline teams, this role combines campaign coordination, trend awareness, and data insight to identify emerging opportunities, deliver engaging content, and drive sustained streaming growth across our artists’ catalogues.

Here you'll get to
Support the Head of Shallow Catalogue and Marketing Director in delivering innovative, audience-focused marketing campaigns across Atlantic’s shallow catalogue roster.
Work closely with frontline marketing managers to ensure catalogue activity complements and amplifies active campaigns.
Monitor social, cultural, and platform trends to identify early opportunities for catalogue reactivation - especially across TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and emerging digital spaces.
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including timelines, asset delivery, media bookings, and reporting.
Liaise with artists, managers, and internal teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
Support with budgeting, data analysis, and performance reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with digital, creative, and commercial teams to ensure catalogue content and campaigns are optimised for engagement and consumption.
Assist in the development of multi-platform tools and content ideas that make catalogue feel current, relevant, and exciting to fans.
About You
Passionate about music marketing and culture, with a particular interest in reimagining catalogue for today’s audiences.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with data and insights to inform creative & strategic thinking.
A confident communicator who can work effectively with artists, managers, and internal stakeholders.
A collaborative team player - driven, curious, and eager to learn from senior colleagues while contributing your own ideas.
Understanding of key digital and social platforms, trends, and how music connects across them.
A strong sense of initiative - able to spot opportunities, bring ideas forward, and follow them through to execution.
