About the Role: 

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day health of our IT environment by maintaining workstations, systems, and infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot issues, assist with installations and updates, and help manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding.

You’ll collaborate with the IT team on security measures, system upgrades, and documentation while also supporting procurement and inventory. This role is ideal for someone with basic troubleshooting skills, strong communication and a willingness to learn and grow.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and maintain workstations and other IT infrastructure.
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration and updates of systems and software.
• Perform routine backups and system restores as needed.
• Document system configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and system upgrades.
• Maintain, Create, manage, user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Respond to user requests and provide technical assistance.
• Be part of procurement and inventory management.
• Participate in Onboarding and Offboarding employees.

What we're looking for: 

• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
