The insight, innovation and passion of hardworking teams has helped us grow into a global company that is governed responsibly and ethically, that is open, translucent, and that supports good causes and protects the environment.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a moderately paced, but hands-on environment and wants to grow their HR career by gaining exposure to multiple areas including HR systems, internal communications, and executive support.
As a Junior HR Operations Assistant, you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and organizing travel arrangements;
Assist in the planning and execution of organization projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met;
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations;
Assist in organizing site-wide events;
Provide support to the different teams as needed, assisting with various organization processes and initiatives.
Please note that most administrative operations are delivered by an external agency, such as payroll input and the creation of administrative documents (employment contracts, amendments and similar), thus allowing the HR Specialist to focus on other important areas related to HR.
