What you will do
Keep an eye on our platform every day and make sure they hit their SLAs.
Log incidents and team up with other departments to fix them.
Dig into post-incident analysis and spot recurring issues to solve for good.
Tweak and boost application performance.
Help with configs, updates and upgrades.
Keep technical and security docs fresh and accurate.
Join audits and sort out anything that pops up.
The knowledge and experience you bring
Uni degree and up to 2 years’ experience in IT support (application support and maintenance)
Knowledge in the area of payments and cash management systems (Swift, Electronic banking, banking formats and connections between payment systems and banks)
Technical knowledge and architecture of ERP system is advantage.
Basic networking skills and a proactive learning mindset.
Experience with application server (Weblogic, Websphere or similar) is a plus.
Fluent English

How we hire
After reviewing your application (including your CV in English), Veronika, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, will call you to discuss the basics - provided you meet the role’s requirements. If you do not meet them, we will still give you feedback via email. If everything looks good, we will meet twice. In the first round, you will meet your future manager and Veronika. In the second round, you will meet stakeholders from the Netherlands.
