Those in experience design at PwC will specialise in designing exceptional customer and employee experiences. Your work will involve utilising human-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive and engaging experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimise interactions and deliver seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

The Opportunity

As part of the Experience Consulting team, you will help create digital experiences that are both human-centered and AI-enhanced. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers the chance to collaborate with strategists, developers, and researchers, allowing you to experiment with generative tools and deepen your understanding of design systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience designing digital products or services

- A portfolio of your interactive work (web, mobile & tablet) is required for review

- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role.

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

- Comfort experimenting with AI and generative design tools

- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design

- Excelling in collaboration and communication skills

- Demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability

- Experience contributing to design systems preferred

- Interest in AI ethics, service design, or motion design preferred

- Familiarity with storytelling or visual communication preferred

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
