Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten
der uns bei der Kostenplanung und -kontrolle von Immobilienprojekten unterstützt.
Als Junior Cost Manager übernehmen Sie die Unterstützung bei der Kostenermittlung und -verfolgung in verschiedenen Projektphasen. Sie erstellen Kostenanalysen, wirken bei der Budgetplanung mit und unterstützen das Projektteam bei der wirtschaftlichen Bewertung von Bauprojekten. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen und tragen zur erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung bei.
Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise als Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position. Spezifische Real Estate Kenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich - wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich in diesem spannenden Bereich weiterzuentwickeln.
Ihre Stärken liegen in der hohen Zahlenaffinität und analytischen Denkweise. Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Financial Modelling und beherrschen Excel auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau. Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Ihr Interesse an komplexen Fragestellungen runden Ihr Profil ab.
Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind vorhanden.
