- Capital Markets Group 매입/매각 사원~대리급 총 1명 이상(경력 1년차 이상)
Commercial Real Estate 팀 (세부 : CRE3팀)
현재 진행 pjt : 누디트 홍대 매각, 이마트타워 매각, 케이스퀘어 홍대 매각 등
[회사의 주요 업무]
- 상업용 부동산 매입/매각 프로젝트 진행
① 오피스, 리테일 등 매각 자산에 대한 다각적인 분석으로 상품화 전략 수립
② 개인 또는 법인 보유 Private Deal / 리테일 복합시설 / 코리빙(Co-living) 등 다양한 프로젝트 Value-add 전략 수립 및 매입/매각 업무 진행
③ 국내 또는 해외투자자를 위한 수익성 검토 및 커뮤니케이션
[담당 업무]
- 부동산 관련 매입/매각 관련 프로세스 실무
- 제안서, TM, IM, Cash flow 등 Marketing Material 작성시 PPT, Excel 등 작업지원
- 프로젝트 타당성 및 수익성 검토
- 고객 응대 및 마케팅 지원
[자격 요건]
- 대졸 이상
- 영어 수준 최상급 (Written & Speaking)
- 부동산 매입/매각, 투자자문사, 증권사, 자산운용사, 컨설팅 등 업계 경력 1년 이상
[우대 사항]
- 자문사 매입/매각 프로젝트 진행 경험 우대
- 국내 부동산 직/간접 매입 또는 매각, 국내 또는 해외 부동산 펀드 또는 리츠 설정 등 부동산 금융 실무 경험 우대
- 동종업계 내 폭넓은 네트워크 소유
