Responsibilities, and Duties:
ESG Report (Sustainability Reporting)
Participating in the project management of the ESG report
Collecting data necessary for the ESG report, inspired by ESRS – collaborating with various departments at the headquarters and branches
Processing ESG data in the ESG tool for reporting purposes
Providing support for employees in the area of ESG reporting
Contributing to the content of the ESG report, consolidated report, overseeing the textual and visual aspects of publishing non-financial sustainability information
ESG Pillar Cybersecurity Education and ESG Pillar Research, Science, Innovation - Coordination and Implementation of Activities
Overseeing and implementing activities in the areas of Cybersecurity Education and Research, Science and Innovation within the ESG strategy 2030: global projects focused on partnerships with NGOs, universities, and other stakeholders
Communication
Managing the content of communication within the ESG pillars
Updating information on the intranet in the above mentioned pillars, including collaboration with ERGs on communication and communication outputs of these groups
Global HUB – preparing and executing regular quarterly meetings with partners
External Collaborations
Collaborating with the ESG Global team, marketing division, and other departments as well as external agencies to fulfill assigned tasks
Our Requirements:
Active interest in CSR/ESG topics
Advanced level of English (C1)
Knowledge of the EU ESG and Education related frameworks
Experience with reporting and working with data
Project management in different tools (Jira, Eduportal)
Flexibility, independence, precision, innovative mindset
Ability to independently lead a project – organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills and demeanor
Time and priority management, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Interest in working with new technologies and tools
Strong value orientation, empathy, teamwork
The position is a replacement for maternity/parental leave
Basic Salary (gross): from 2300 EUR
* The final amount of the basic salary may be adjusted depending on the individual knowledge and experience of the selected candidate.
* Bonus: Performance bonus twice a year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluated period (usually 6 months)
