Join Autodesk in Oslo as a Graduate Software Engineer in August 2026 

 

At Autodesk Oslo, we develop next-generation, AI-powered architecture design tools. Our teams build everything from advanced 3D web drawing to real-time analytics powering multiple Autodesk products. You’ll help shape the Forma Industry Cloud for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. 
  

About us  

We’re on a mission to help design better cities. With 90% of future population growth expected in cities and construction responsible for 40% of global CO₂ emissions, the AEC industry must evolve. Our cloud-based Forma Design applications empower users to create smarter, more sustainable solutions and gain actionable project insights. 

 

We are building the new generation of cloud-based software tools that will drive this change. Our Forma Design applications enable our users to design Sites and Buildings in a new way and enables them to discover smart, sustainable solutions and gain insights into their projects. We focus on enabling outcome-based design through assessing living quality (sun, daylight potential, noise, etc.), environmental impact (embodied and operational carbon), and profitability of our users' projects. Learn more about Autodesk Forma here.

Desired profile  

  • Eager to learn and thrive in an autonomous, high-agency culture 

  • Collaborative and open to sharing knowledge 

  • Experience with coding (coursework or internships) 

  • Comfortable solving complex problems and breaking them down 

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing innovation with code quality 

  • Motivated by our mission to design better, more sustainable cities

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
