You will be in charge of Leading and managing the complete product development lifecycle on a larger scale, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract. The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream.
- Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into a simple business-driven product strategy.
- Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs.
- Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and working collaboratively with other Senior - Managers to allocate resources efficiently.
- Act as a key contributor to the progress of a large, contract-level product development strategy.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams.
- Monitor product performance in the market, analyzing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Execution in leveraging AI to deliver efficient, business-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.
Requirements for this challenge
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the product development lifecycle, with a focus on delivering innovative, high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present product strategies effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to analyze market data, product metrics, and revenue funnels to identify opportunities for growth, make informed recommendations, and drive subscription revenue.
- Technical Acumen: A solid technical background enabling effective communication with software architects and development teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving Orientation: Proven capability to foster a culture of innovation, facilitating knowledge exchange among teams, and developing solutions that address business challenges and meet customer needs.
