Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining applications in Java technology
- Participating in the implementation of the Genesys Cloud system
- Automating administrative tasks
- Implementing the CI/CD process for supported applications
- Handling user application requests
- Implementing solutions to ensure security in the managed applications
- Collaborating with development teams and external suppliers
- Maintaining technical documentation
Our offer is for you if:
- You have 2 years of experience in system/application administration
- You have knowledge of deployments from an administrative perspective and maintaining the Genesys Cloud system
- You have a good understanding of Tomcat servers and JVM configuration and monitoring
- You are well-versed in Linux and Windows operating systems
- You know the basics of environment containerization, including experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/Openshift)
- You have experience with relational databases
- You have knowledge of computer network operations, including communication protocols
- You are familiar with network, operating system, and application security issues
- You have experience in creating or modifying CI/CD processes based on GitlabCI
- You have worked with OpenSearch or Grafana tools
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Ansible
