Our Internship Program:

Take-Two’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain substantive, first-hand business insight over the course of a three-month paid internship. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based summer-long projects. Our internships are created with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2's Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.

The Challenge:

As an IT Intern at Take-Two Interactive Software, you'll working with the IT team that plays a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our world-class IT infrastructure. You will address challenges to provide in-person support for operational technology, working closely with development teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft the IT landscape of a leading entertainment company!

What You’ll Take On:

  • Offer on-site assistance for operational and maintenance needs across all production and development environments.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to grasp support operations within a business organization
  • Contribute efforts towards larger IT projects and provide assistance to the team during varies stages
  • Monitor and advanced client requests and operational problems are updated/resolved within a timely manner.
  • Assist with onsite events including setup, event support, and teardown.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding client experience and support.
  • Inquisitiveness and ambition towards looking for opportunities to automate and improve service delivery.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change priorities.
  • Assist with employee on-boarding ensuring new staff is ready to work on day one.
  • Maintain inventory/asset management for company provided equipment.
  • Assist with audio/visual hardware setup and break down, along with conference rooms and video conferences.
  • Able to work independently and respond promptly is vital, sometimes including after hours and on weekends. Reachable by mobile in the event of an emergency.
  • Some local travel may be required.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in offering outstanding service to customers
  • Foundational computer expertise and proficiency in resolving system challenges
  • Operational Knowledge with the Windows 10, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Exchange, TCP/IP based networks
  • Understanding of computer hardwares such as laptops, desktops, printers, cell phones
  • Ability to multitasks, organize shifting priorities & requests
  • Understanding of ticketing systems
  • Knowledge with AV technology experience
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end users to successfully resolve queries and problems and translate technical information and jargon for a non-technical audience

Great to Have:

  • Experience with current-gen gaming consoles and development kits.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and approaches
  • Understanding of PowerShell and scripting
  • A passion for video games and the industry.

Education:

Currently enrolled in higher education

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be $30 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
