About the Job:
Cyderes is seeking an IT Specialist to provide advanced, hybrid IT support for our Bangalore office. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service to ensure seamless daily operations across our enterprise systems and devices. You’ll support a hybrid Windows and macOS environment, manage endpoints via Kandji and Intune, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Freshservice. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling escalations, onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshooting across diverse systems.
This position reports to the IT Helpdesk Supervisor and works closely with global IT and Security Operations teams.
