About the Team

Our team has been the driving force for innovation in document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates document automation platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development, integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. About the team leader

Radek works as a Tech-team leader in the Document Automation (DA) team, leading the Technical (IT) part of the team. His team is responsible for taking care of all IT related aspects of the existing solutions as well as the new projects - spanning from ensuring smooth operation of the existing systems, infrastructure and services to creating new applications (for internal or external clients) using top tier technology. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and exploring new places, playing speed chess or just watching any good movies.

Job description & summary

For a growing PwC’s Document Automation team based in Czech Republic we are looking for an IT enthusiast who would join us in a position of IT solutions Analyst and Project Manager. As such, you will be responsible - with our support - for client project deliveries from capturing the initial client requirements to successful implementation and client project deliveries. As part of the role, you will be preparing possible solution designs as well as working with various teams and stakeholders (SW development, technical teams, business, sponsors, testers etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of the solution.

We are looking for someone with technical background and a great analytical and problem-solving skills, project management attitude and willingness to grow – professionally and technically.

The role is suitable for recent IT graduates as well as candidates with already some experience.

You will:

  • Work with the clients to understand their needs and capture them into clear requirements.

  • Explore and analyse the systems and processes involved - to identify possible solutions.

  • Prepare technical designs for requested solutions - with guidance and mentorship from experienced team members.

  • Collaborate with software developers - on development progress, testing their outputs etc.

  • Oversee the project delivery - report on the progress, drive it forward, provide what’s needed and ensure a smooth delivery.

Requirement of the role

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Structured, organized and proactive approach, "can-do" attitude and eye for a detail.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Client approach and good communication skills. Ability to discuss technical topics with both – technical and non-technical (business) stakeholders.

  • Result-orientation, drive to meet the deadlines, achiever mindset.

  • Flexibility to work autonomously (as well as part of the team) in a dynamic environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+) and Czech/Slovak.

  • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Programming background is a plus.

  • Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud services is a plus.
