Join our Strategic Delivery Office (SDO) leadership team and help shape the future of global technology delivery! We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of project and delivery managers while driving complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that improve the colleague experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of delivery managers, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, career development, and retention.
Serve as Program/Project Manager for assigned initiatives, driving the full lifecycle of mid- to large-scale enterprise programs.
Provide leadership across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and promote best practices and governance within the SDO.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to implement cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Champion an Agile mindset and partner with Global Intake, Planning & Delivery (GIPD) and Agile Delivery Teams to ensure delivery plans, roadmaps, and PI forecasts are documented and monitored.
Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, priorities, dependencies, and sequencing.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and decisions; develop contingency plans as needed.
Deliver transparent and accurate project status reporting to stakeholders and sponsors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders; develop communication plans to meet stakeholder needs.
Remove barriers to ensure successful attainment of project goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reflecting on team performance and implementing changes to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
8+ years of program/project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience managing resources, including recruiting and talent retention.
Formal project management training or certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile, SAFe).
Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.
Strong business acumen and adaptability to new work.
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results focused on improving colleague experience.
Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and solution development.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
