Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple Disciplines in the IT Function | Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met | Typically uses Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery governance and execution for Digital programs—spanning customer journey platforms, data & AI, cloud modernization, and our remote sales/VFA initiatives—so that business outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with policy and audit expectations. The role drives a consistent project management practice, agile ways of working, and vendor orchestration across squads, partners and business stakeholders. Aligned to company IT project governance (roles/RACI, vendor selection & stage‑gates) and agile delivery SOPs.

Responsibility:

  • Governance & Portfolio – Drive delivery governance, maintain portfolio roadmap, and ensure compliance with PM policy and stage gates.

  • Agile Delivery – Embed agile practices (sprints, reviews, retros) and improve team throughput and quality.

  • Vendor Management – Lead RFPs, contracts, and performance oversight to optimize cost, scope, and SLAs.

  • Risk & Compliance – Manage risks, change control, and audit readiness (ELC/SOX) with zero critical findings.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and communicate progress effectively.

  • People Leadership – Build and coach a high-performing PM team; standardize templates and best practices.

Requirement:

  • At least 8 years of IT project management and at least 5 years of Banking or Insurance experience.

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies(e.g., Scrum) and project management frameworks(e.g., PMP)

  • Excellence in cross dept. communication skills. Demonstrated experience in managing vendors and third-party partners to achieve business objectives.

  • Familiarity with modern cloud platform and possess experience in building a customized cloud platform from project management perspective.

  • Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Passionate about creating innovative and engaging digital tools that delight customers.
