- Proven experience of working within a PMO function – 3-5 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with project managers and senior stakeholders.
- High motivation to proactively own and drive work packages independently.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Relevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP (Project Mgmt. Professional), SCRUM etc.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with risk management.
- Support IT hub lead with administration and coordination of a regional hub as part of a global SAP deployment program.
- Prepare presentations, budget analyses, status updates and workshops.
- Assist in stakeholder communication and preparation of executive meetings.
- Support the planning and coordination of availability and allocation of IT hub resources.
- Identify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve IT-related issues & risks within a hub.
- Help to define and implement measures and processes to ensure roll-in success.
- Enable the IT hub lead to manage progress reporting and escalations.
- Prepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues, risk management, etc.
- Manage communication with project stakeholders in support of the IT hub lead.
