  • Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities to meet business objectives.

Process & Technology Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in IT operations and security.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to understand and address operational needs, ensuring IT services meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in IT operations, leveraging both people and technology.
  • Solid project management skills with experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
