What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a team of developers in managing the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, upgrades of software solutions.

  • Drive technical readiness, support, and optimization of digital applications.

  • Translate global digital strategy into actionable plans, securing executive sponsorship and driving enterprise-wide governance and standardization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize application performance, manage releases, and drive standardization.

  • Assess business requirements and recommend technology solutions through structured analysis, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit evaluations, and enhancement proposals.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of five years of IT management experience, with a proven ability to align business needs and lead digital systems effectively.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes, with preferred experience in cement, ready-mix, aggregates, and concrete products industries.

  • Proven ability to lead high-performing IT teams and manage direct or indirect reports across multiple locations.

  • Strong experience with core enterprise systems such as SAP and JDE, with a solid understanding of business system lifecycles, implementation methodologies, and governance.

  • Skilled in aligning technology solutions with business needs, including cloud application management, outsourcing, and remote project execution.

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and industrial site engagement. Travel may be required to support integration efforts across locations.
