IT Infrastructure Support Working Student (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and driven Working Student to work as an IT infrastructure Support Engineer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• You will be helping our IT Infrastructure Support team in their daily business
• Help FlixBus employees to use the IT infrastructure
• Provide hardware or IT services to employees
• Solve IT related requests
• Handle incidents

About You

• Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus on IT
• Available for a 12-month, 20-hours-per-week contract
• You have strong analytical skills and an interest in technical content
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and the Microsoft Office package
• It would be beneficial, if you have experience working in IT support, have used any ticket systems, or have experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
• You are fluent in English
