Job Description & Summary
What will you be doing:
Technical Support and Communication:
Provide technical assistance to our users via phone, email, chat, or on-site;
Manage tickets registered in the internal ticketing system;
Communicate effectively with external vendors to resolve software/hardware issues and provide support to employees.
Mobile telephony management.
Conduct IT training workshops for employee
Equipment Configuration and Maintenance:
Preparing new laptops with dedicated software
Inspect and maintain hardware equipment;
Inventory and manage the IT equipment stock in our IT database
What we need from you:
Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
Is a motivated individual, quick learner, shows initiative, and adapts easily in a dynamic environment;
Works efficiently in a team, with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;
Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities;
Speaks English at an advanced level;
Has experience with Windows, Android, iOS applications, AI and knowledge of IT databases and networking
Holds an ITIL Foundation certification (considered an advantage)
