Agropur is looking for an IT Functional Analyst – SAP to join its team in St-Hubert.
The IT Functional Analyst – SAP plays a strategic role in the deployment, optimization, and support of SAP ECC solutions related to managing activities within the Fine Cheese division, particularly warehouse management (EWM). This individual acts as a techno-functional expert, capable of interpreting operational needs and transforming them into robust and scalable SAP solutions. The analyst actively participates in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle, from design to production rollout, including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.

Salary scale 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, the responsibilities of the IT-SAP Functional Analyst are:
Collaborate with business teams to understand current processes and identify improvement needs.
Lead workshops to gather functional requirements and draft functional and technical specifications.
Configure EWM modules, including handling units (HU), storage strategies, determination rules, etc.
Ensure configuration and integration of SAP EWM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules, as well as with external systems (EDI, handheld order entry, etc.).
Support and define interfaces as needed, and work closely with developers for specific requirements (optimization, planning, and functional test validation, etc.).
Independently draft techno-functional specifications.
Identify anomalies, ensure follow-up, and coordinate necessary fixes.
Contribute to planning and executing transitions and go-live deployments.
Provide level 2/3 post go-live support and deliver user training.
Participate in global (multi-site) deployment projects and solution governance.
Keep technical and functional documentation up to date.
Propose continuous optimization solutions for warehouse processes using standard and advanced SAP EWM functionalities.
What you need to join our team:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP projects, including at least 3 years on SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).
Proven participation in a full SAP EWM implementation cycle (Explore → Realize → Deploy), or at least responsible for SAP EWM support for a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent understanding of logistics processes (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, cross-docking…).
Hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration, including: Slotting & Rearrangement, Warehouse Monitor, RF Framework, Handling Unit Management, Queue Management.
Knowledge of cross-module integrations (MM, SD, PP, QM).
Ability to understand ABAP to communicate effectively with developers (reading, debugging).
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders in French and English.
Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy in task management.
Experience in complex project environments (multi-site).
Knowledge of Agile and/or SAP Activate project methodologies.
SAP EWM or S/4HANA Logistics certification is an asset.
Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects is an asset.
