As an IT Endpoint Analyst, you will lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of associate productivity technology across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring endpoint solutions meet business needs, align with industry best practices, and deliver a seamless employee experience. Your focus will include lifecycle planning, issue resolution, device security, capacity planning, and stakeholder consultation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary connection between associates and IT, translating productivity needs into actionable technology solutions.

  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint hardware and software, ensuring timely upgrades, replacements, and decommissions.

  • Deploy & Support Solutions: Assist in the deployment of new productivity tools and enhancements, minimizing business disruption.

  • Drive Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements using existing tools to reduce manual work, enhance efficiency, and increase ROI.

  • Resolve Issues: Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk and lead root cause analysis for recurring endpoint issues.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security to prepare for equipment rollouts and system changes.

  • Support Productivity Tools: Lead support efforts for all associate-facing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Standardize & Automate: Promote simplification and automation of endpoint processes and support wherever possible.

  • Ensure Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain inventories, document processes, and update the knowledge base with known resolutions.

  • Contribute to Company Initiatives: Adhere to company policies and actively support corporate goals and programs.

WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required

  • Technical Expertise: Broad experience administering and supporting Windows, Apple, and Android devices, including desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

  • Software & Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with major third-party software such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Java, and Apple Business Manager, as well as remote-control tools like TeamViewer or RDP.

  • Endpoint & System Proficiency: Experience with endpoint technologies, security updates, driver configurations, and system patching on PCs.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Work Ethic & Execution: Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on driving results with minimal supervision.

  • Calm Under Pressure: Maintains composure in high-pressure environments and responds effectively to urgent issues.

  • Automation Mindset: Passion for automation and process improvement.

  • Teamwork & Communication: Works collaboratively across teams and communicates clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
