IT Business Systems Analyst Senior
Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W. Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30308
This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The IT Business Systems Analyst Senior works with business and technical teams to document detailed requirements.
How you will make an impact:
Participate in Scrum Team ceremonies.
Identify data sources to meet business needs and complete data profiling to confirm data will meet business needs.
Create report mockups and review with business and technical teams.
Identify any gaps in data and work with business to identify alternatives or alternative sourcing.
Create and maintain data mapping documents that outline source-to-target data and transformation requirements.
Review results of development through reports, data, and tables, to confirm the results are in line with business requirements.
Work with data modelers to confirm table design will support business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Four (4) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Four (4) years of experience in related occupation(s) must include: technologies used for accessing or profiling data; documenting requirements including mapping documents and outlining source-to-target including transformations; building documentation that supports the development of stories with testable acceptance criteria; and supporting report book documentation that details the placement and definitions of metrics found in reports.
Alternate Education/Experience Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field plus two (2) years of related experience. Must have skills listed above.
