As a Business Systems Analyst, you bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, driving innovative solutions for Order Management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Order Management team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our order management processes.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Order Management stakeholders to understand their needs, identify pain points, and document detailed requirements.
Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance order management including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud.
Leverage your expertise in Oracle EBS applications and other technologies to work with developers to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Work collaboratively with both business and IT partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed-upon requirements.
Proactively manage conflicting priorities, and drive prioritization discussions using strategic value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience working with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Order Management modules.
Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Order Management configurations and best practices.
Proven experience in PL/SQL development, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a geographically dispersed environment.
Experience working with Production Support team to analyze issues and come up with efficient fix quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate technical information clearly to both business and technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using technology.
Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.
Experience with Oracle CPQ integration with Oracle EBS is an added advantage.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots, and AI/ML is a plus.
