World Kinect is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support strategic projects and day-to-day operations within our marine business segment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global organization.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to marine operations

• Develop a deep understanding of marine business processes and supporting technology platforms

• Assist in designing and implementing tailored business solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and operational performance

• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations

• Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, security, and external partners

• Participate in functional testing and support the rollout of new features and enhancements

• Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve risks or issues

• Explore and leverage AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project support, or a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence

• Experience in Agile environments is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
